Metering Pumps with Mechanical Diaphragm
Pumps of M and ME series are dosing pumps with a mechanical diaphragm with a spring-return mechanism, an eccentric shaft and a thrust ring. These series combine performance of a plunger pump with hermetic advantages of a diaphragm pump. High-quality and simple diaphragm design makes these pumps easy to service.
Plunger Metering Pumps
R and RH series piston metering pumps have a plunger outlet and a spring-return mechanism. They are the simplest machines in the pump range and are part of the volumetric injection pump family. The crankshaft is driven by a constant speed electric motor (1500 rpm), and the number of strokes per minute is determined by an inner reduction gearbox with a worm gear immersed in oil. Models available for high pressure and high viscosity fluids.
Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pumps
Combination of a high-quality hydraulically driven wet part and a reliable, cost-effective multi-component drive is the advantage of the XRN series hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps. Single aluminum housing design offers the advantages of a hydraulic drive with a compact and economical multi-component design.
Hydraulic drive with a mechanically controlled oil regulating valve ("smart diaphragm") makes it easy to overcome most of the suction and discharge problems. Compliance with ATEX directive 94/9/CE with possible installation in zones 1 and 2 thanks to an integrated safety valve. Accuracy, linearity and repeatability meet API675 requirements. The pump is designed for round-the-clock operation.
