Valisi VPHP In-Line Pulsation Dampeners
Valisi VPHP In-Line Pulsation Dampeners reduce vibrations, pulsations, and hydraulic shocks in the system, whilst increasing the life of the hose and preventing damage in pumps, valves, and process instrumentation. A reinforced rubber hose is mounted inside a metallic, cylindrical pressure vessel; compressed air or nitrogen fills the space between them, allowing the hose to adjust its volume according to the pressure at pump discharge, compensating for any pulsation in the liquid flow.
VPHP Pulsation Dampeners can decrease the pressure fluctuations caused by the operation of the pump by 90%, granting a safer system and environment. VPHP Pulsation Dampeners are available in four sizes and are suitable for models VPH25 to VPH125 (shoe pumps) and N5N to N7N (roller pumps).
Pulsation dampeners comply with European PED Directive 2014/68/EU. NBR-FDA hoses can be used for food applications.

- How They Work:
VPHP dampeners feature an internal hose encapsulated within the unit. The space surrounding the hose is pressurized with air or nitrogen. When the pump pushes a pulse of fluid, the hose expands to absorb the excess volume and pressure. During the pump's intake cycle, the air/gas cushion forces the trapped fluid back into the line.

Peristaltic volumetric pumps

Internal gear pumps
Internal gear pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps with a robust and simple design (only two moving parts).
