ASCO Mixers Company has a standard range of lightweight portable mixers for 200 liter and 1000 liter tanks. In accordance with the EU directive, these mixers can be operated by one person, with possible assistance in lifting the device. Mixers can be fixed on the edges of the container and equipped with a local switch for complete safety (electric version). Weight of the mixers is minimized while the performance is maximized. Agitators are driven by compressed air (using a pneumatic motor) or electrical energy (using a single-phase or three-phase electric motor).

Pneumatic versions have the additional feature of variable speed and ATEX compliance.

Mixers with electric motors are equipped with: a standard panel with an on/off button, a 16A industrial socket independent of technical requirements of the local mains, a thermal motor protection switch with undervoltage cut-off and an emergency stop button. These safety features are mandatory for a portable mixer.
